The Buffalo Boss was started in 2010 by founder Jamar White. He had one goal in mind create the best wing joint in town. Jamar is a wing Fanatic. He wanted to create a wing concept restaurant that had the urban feel of the New York City streets, injected with that famous Brooklyn Hip Hop swagger, a place that would bring the party back to the "Party Wing". 

 

This passion gave birth to the Buffalo Boss organic wings and things. At the heart of the concept are wings that come from 100% organic chickens. No antibiotics, no growth hormones, and vegetarian-fed birds. Jamar insisted on serving only quality poultry and fresh ingredients for his buffalo wings... and things. He wanted to keep the concept fun and health-aware. The Buffalo Boss menu includes 11 house-made addictive sauces, chicken tenders, sweet potato fries, and for the kid in all of us, a fun treat... Fried Oreos.

 

Founder Jamar White was raised in Brooklyn NY where he realized his passion for wings and business. Being the first cousin to Brooklyn rapper Jay-Z inspired him to infuse hip hop in the DNA of the Buffalo Boss restaurants. His vision was to create a restaurant that is exciting, current and would change the way wings were done. 

 

The combination of great food, great spaces, great service, and a little hip-hop swagger has made the Buffalo Boss one of the most exciting wing restaurants in the marketplace.
